1. About us This store is operated by Avirena Jewels. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and materials
- Avirena jewellery is fashion jewellery, crafted from high-grade brass and durable alloys with a protective anti-tarnish coating.
- It does not contain precious metal, is not sold as gold, gold vermeil or sterling silver, and is not hallmarked to any precious-metal fineness standard.
- Pearls are cultured freshwater pearls. Natural variation in shape, size and lustre is expected and is not a defect.
- Product photographs are representative. Colour may vary slightly with screen settings and lighting.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.
- Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, before dispatch, by emailing avirenajewels@gmail.com.
4. Care and wear The anti-tarnish coating is designed for everyday wear, but its life depends on how a piece is worn and stored. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing or exercise, and avoid contact with perfume, lotion and household chemicals. Wear-related change to the finish over time is not a manufacturing defect.
5. Intellectual property All designs, product photography, branding and written content on this store belong to Avirena Jewels and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
