Shipping policy

1. Order processing

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

2. Delivery within India

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. A flat ₹99 applies below that.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees; couriers can be delayed by weather, strikes or regional restrictions.

3. International delivery

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

4. Lost or delayed parcels If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact avirenajewels@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.

5. Address accuracy Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address may incur a further shipping charge.
