Refund policy

If a piece is not right for you, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• The piece must be returned with its original pouch and packaging.
• Personalised or made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to start a return

• Email avirenajewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 78238 89290 with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will arrange a courier pickup from your address.

3. Refunds

• Once your return reaches us, we inspect it within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• You may instead choose store credit for the full value, with no deduction.

4. Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged, email avirenajewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or refund you in full.

5. Your statutory rights This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing here limits those rights.
